Leveraging "Vibe-Coding" Frameworks to Architect and Align Executive Strategy for Next-Gen Cloud SaaS
As part of a strategic corporate initiative to build an integrated, cloud-native HR and Payroll solution, Joe was appointed Product Manager for the greenfield HR application. Tasked with defining the vision and architectural direction for a platform built natively for AI-driven automation, Joe faced the challenge of translating abstract, forward-looking product concepts into a tangible model that executive leadership, engineering leads, and commercial teams could evaluate and align on quickly.
To compress the discovery and scoping timeline, Joe bypassed traditional static mockups and leveraged modern generative AI toolchains and "vibe-coding" methodologies. He personally engineered and vibe-coded a fully functional, interactive Proof of Concept (PoC) for the new enterprise HR system. This functional prototype served as a live, interactive baseline to demonstrate the product's UX ethos, intelligent workflow automation, and core architecture — dramatically accelerating stakeholder buy-in and establishing a clear roadmap for agile development squads.
Simultaneously, Joe championed organizational readiness for AI-augmented ways of working. Partnering directly with the corporate legal team, he co-developed compliant AI training and delivered live to over 100 employees across the business. By combining rapid hands-on prototyping with enterprise AI evangelism, Joe established a blueprint for accelerated product discovery while positioning the business at the forefront of AI-powered SaaS development.
